Position: Virtual Assistant (Full-Time | Remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM EST
Compensation: $1,000-$1,500/month + performance-based bonuses
East Adelaide Podiatry is a fast-growing software company helping contractors and home service businesses grow with simple, high-impact marketing systems. We provide our clients with modern websites, lead generation tools, review systems, automation, and much more.
We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time and play a critical role in client satisfaction, onboarding, and retention. This isn’t just a support role — it’s about becoming a trusted partner to our clients and helping them succeed using our system.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up new client accounts inside GoHighLevel using provided templates
- Doing revisions and troubleshooting for accounts in GoHighLevel
- Small miscellaneous tasks from time to time
- Making sure every account is ready for launch with no errors
- Communicating with the team if any details are missing or unclear
Who We're Looking For
- Very detail-oriented – you notice small mistakes and fix them before anyone else does
- Strong at following step-by-step instructions with precision
- Structured and organized – you like having clear tasks and completing them fully
- Comfortable working with tools like GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Google Drive (training will be provided)
- Reliable and consistent – when you say you’ll finish a task, it gets done
- Good communicator – you ask when something isn’t clear instead of guessing
